Location: Versailles & Paris, Kentucky

$10,000 Commitment Bonus

Clinic Summary

At Centerpoint Pain & Spine, our goal is to help patients find relief, restore mobility and regain quality of life. Our team cares for people living with acute or chronic pain caused by spine disorders, nerve injuries, musculoskeletal conditions or post-surgical issues. We understand that pain affects every part of life including your work, sleep and emotional health. We're here to help you find real solutions.

Our physicians, nurse practitioners and therapists treat a wide range of conditions affecting the back, neck, nerves and joints, including:

Herniated or bulging discs

Degenerative disc disease

Sciatica and nerve pain

Spinal stenosis

Arthritis and joint pain

Neck and lower back pain

Post-surgical pain

Sports and work-related injuries

How you'll contribute 

You'll make an impact by assessing the patient's condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing. 

Qualifications and requirements 


Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.

  • One year of experience preferred
