Are you taking enough time out for self care? As nurses, we cannot help others unless we take the time to help ourselves.
This interactive evening in person event will showcase several modalities to provide stress relief, self-care and relaxation while networking and learning from other practitioners. Dress is CASUAL (wear clothes you can move in! think yoga pants!) and a light dinner will be provided.
