Additional Information
Psychological safety refers to a company's belief that it is okay to speak up, take interpersonal risks, and share ideas, concerns, or mistakes without fear of negative consequences. Employees will not fear punishment, embarrassment, or retaliation; essentially, feeling comfortable to be themselves and contribute openly without fear of judgment. Shanna Dunbar, RN, BSN, COHN-S, will be joined by expert in the field, Robert Grossman. They will give an introduction to Psychological Safety and discuss the key points of Psychological Safety as it relates to physical safety programming.
